grated cheddar cheese

unsalted butter, softened

all-purpose flour
1 tsp
chili powder, optional
14 tsp
Sea Salt, finely ground

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine cheese, butter, flour, chili powder (if using), and salt. Form into a dough. Cover or wrap; chill 30 min.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  3. Roll heaping spoonfuls of dough into balls and press into mini tart pans, forming small tart shells.
  4. Spoon about 1 tsp Red Pepper Jelly into each shell and bake 10 min, or until golden-brown.
